Are there per-user fees?
No. Pland.Events is a flat $150/month regardless of how many crew members, admins, or clients you add. Your entire team gets access at no extra cost.
How do I get access?
We're currently onboarding a limited number of companies during our early access period. Send us an email at hello@pland.events and we'll get you set up with a free 30-day trial.
What happens after my free trial ends?
At the end of your 30-day trial, you'll be prompted to enter payment details to continue. If you choose not to subscribe, your account will be paused — your data is kept safe, and you can reactivate anytime.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, and you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
How secure is my data?
Very. Pland.Events uses industry-standard encryption, secure authentication, role-based access controls, and isolated multi-tenant architecture. Your data is never shared between organizations.
Do you offer custom or enterprise plans?
We're focused on keeping things simple with one plan that includes everything. If you have unique requirements for a large-scale operation, reach out to us at hello@pland.events and we'll work something out.
